Content Snare and GetSetKeys both replace the email chase at the start of a project. Content Snare collects documents, files and answers, and it's used by agencies, accountants, lawyers and finance firms. GetSetKeys is built for web and app agencies, and it does the part Content Snare doesn't: getting your agency into the client's accounts.

Access is the difference
Content Snare has no way to grant access to a platform. If you need the client's App Store Connect, the closest you get is a confidential field for a password, and Apple's two-factor sign-in makes a shared password a poor way in.
GetSetKeys walks the client through each platform's own invite or approval and proves it worked, one of three ways. Your team gets named access with the right role, and nobody shares a password.
One click
The client signs in once and approves. The sign-in is discarded.
Google Play, GitHub, GitLab, Netlify, Google Cloud, Firebase, AWS and Sentry
Checked live
DNS records are looked up directly until they match, wherever the domain is managed.
CNAMETXTAMX
Invite email
The platform's own invite email to your agency marks the step done. Nobody sends a screenshot.
App Store Connect, Stripe, WP Engine, Kinsta, WordPress, Webflow, Vercel, Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace Domains, Supabase, DigitalOcean, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager
Files: checked as they land
Both tools take uploads. GetSetKeys checks each file from its contents, so it knows a logo is 200 pixels wide, an app icon isn't square, or a "vector" logo is a pasted photo, and tells the client before you have to. Brand colours are read in any format a brand guide gives, and web addresses are opened to check they work.
Content Snare's form builder is deeper, with conditional sections, exports to Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive, and ISO 27001 certification. If you collect long questionnaires or work outside web and app projects, that matters.
