Your client grants App Store Connect, Google Play, DNS and hosting access in one sitting, on your own address. Every step is verified, so kickoff starts on time and your first invoice doesn't slip.

The problem
Kickoff is booked. Access isn't.
You send a guide and hope. Your client picks the wrong role, pastes a password into WhatsApp and stalls on DNS. Then your lead developer spends an hour on a call, watching them look for a 2FA code. Kickoff slips, and your first invoice slips with it.
With one link
Now it's one link.
Every platform on one page, in plain words, with a button straight to the right screen. Each step is verified the moment it's done, so kickoff starts on time and so does your invoice.

Theo, Northside StudioAgency
Hi Dana! To start on Monday we need access to App Store Connect, Google Play, Namecheap and WP Engine. Our guide is attached.

Dana, Harbor FitnessClient
Took me ages to find Users and Access! I've added you as Marketing, is that the right one?
Wrong role: no builds, no TestFlight

I've sent you my Namecheap password on WhatsApp, easier that way.

Google Play says only the account owner can invite you. That was our old developer.

How it works
Your client follows one link. You see each step land.
Dana runs Harbor Fitness, the client. Theo at Northside Studio sent her one setup link. Watch her grant access at her laptop, and see each step land on Theo's dashboard.
Every new client starts the same way. Chasing logins. Squinting at screenshots. Passwords sent by email.
Now it's one link.
Pick the platforms you need. Roles and your team's address are already filled in. Send.
Your client opens one page, with your name at the top. Six steps in plain words. No passwords.
Stuck? Porter, the setup helper, answers in seconds.
DNS is checked live. When the records match, it's done.
Invites are verified when the platform's own email arrives. Nobody sends you a screenshot.
Google Play and GitHub take one click.
Every key, verified. Your kickoff starts on time.
GetSetKeys. Send one link. Get every key.
What one link does
Done for your client, or checked for you.
Every step uses the platform's own sign-in, its own invite, or public records. Nothing is just ticked.
Guided, screen by screen
Each step opens the right screen on the platform and shows the exact roles and values to use, written for clients rather than developers.

Google Play will add Northside as release manager for Harbor Coach.

Clients get a polite nudge until every step is done. You stop writing follow-ups.

When the project ends, a handover link walks your client back out. Each client's page shows what you still hold, and exports it as a spreadsheet.

Help on every link
Stuck on any step? Porter checks it live, then answers.
Porter is the setup helper on every link. When a client gets stuck, it answers in seconds from that step's own instructions and the live checks, not from guesswork. If the page doesn't cover it, Porter says so and passes the question to you.
NSetup helpPorter answers in seconds. Northside Studio sees every message.
About DNS records
The check still says not found. I added both records at Namecheap.
Dana, Harbor Fitness
PorterAI
Your A record is in. The www record still points to parkingpage.namecheap.com, so change its value to harborfitnessclub.wpenginepowered.com in Advanced DNS, then press "Check again".
That helpedAsk a person
Porter read the step and a fresh DNS lookup, so it knew which record was still wrong.
About App Store Connect
Which role do I pick? This is what I see.
users-and-access.pngDana, Harbor Fitness
PorterAI
Your screenshot shows Marketing ticked. This step asks for App Manager, so choose the App Manager role, then click Next and Invite.
That helpedAsk a person
Porter read the step and Dana's screenshot, so it knew which role to change.
About Google Play
Play Console won't let me invite anyone. Our old developer set up the account.
Dana, Harbor Fitness
PorterAI
Usually only the account's owner or an admin can add someone. If your old developer manages Google Play for you, ask them to do this step, or tell Northside Studio here and they will sort it out.
That helpedAsk a person
Porter answered from the page's own advice, and left the rest to Northside.
Answers from the page, never from memory
Each answer has to quote the step it relies on. Anything Porter can't back up goes to you instead.
Reads the live checks, and screenshots
It sees what each step's check found, and a client can show where they're stuck. Screenshots are never kept.
Never asks for a password
Porter can't mark a step done or change anything. Only the platform's own checks do that.
Turns your guide into a link
Paste the access guide you use today, and Porter builds the steps for your first link.
Every step uses the platform's own invite or sign-in screen. Your client never types a password into GetSetKeys, and you never receive one.
Sign-ins are used once
Where a step needs your client to sign in, GetSetKeys adds your team and then discards the sign-in. Nothing is kept to reuse later.
Only your client answers
When your team opens a client's link, it's a read-only preview. Every step on record was done by your client, on their own accounts.
A record of every key
Each client's page lists who got access to what, when and how it was confirmed, and exports it as a CSV, so handover is a checklist rather than a search through old emails.
Not needed. WP Engine sent Northside an invite instead.
AIFree tool, by Porter
See what one link would replace.
Paste the address or the text of the access guide you send clients today. Porter lists every platform it asks for and how one link would check each step. Free, and nothing goes to your clients.
Founding plan
Ten founding places. Claim yours.
It's the lowest price GetSetKeys will ever have. Founding agencies keep it for a year, pay nothing until 30 December and have a say in what gets built next. GetSetKeys opens on 30 November 2026.
Founding plan
49 US dollars a month$49/ month
Less than one billable hour.
Free until 30 December, then locked for 12 months. Lists at $79 a month after launch.
For your clients
One link per client, with your name, logo and colour, on your own address
27 platforms at launch, every step verified
Files and short answers on the same link, checked as they land
Porter, the AI setup helper, answering from each step and its live check
For your team
A guided first link: the console shows you around as you make it
Up to 10 new setup links a month
Your whole team, with live progress and a shared Questions inbox
A handover link at the end, and each client's access record
Never. Every step uses the platform's own invite or sign-in screen, so your client never types a password into GetSetKeys and you never receive one. Where a step needs a sign-in, it's used once to add your team and then discarded. Each client's page keeps a record of who got access to what, and when.
What do you store?
Only what the work needs: your team's details, each link's steps and their status, and the proof each step was done, such as the sender and subject of a platform's invite email or the DNS records we found. Never a password. Files your client uploads are private to your team and deleted 30 days after the link is done. How we keep it safe is written for your client's IT team, so you can send it to them.
Why not just send our own access guide?
A guide can't open the right screen for your client, can't tell you when a step is done, and leaves room for a password to land in WhatsApp. GetSetKeys opens the right screens, verifies each step and never asks for a password, then reminds your client until every key is in. Keep your guide's wording if you like: the free checker reads it and shows what it would look like as one link.
Does my client need an account?
No. Your client opens the link you send. Each step uses the platform's own sign-in or invite, so there is nothing new to sign up for.
What if a platform has no invite or sign-in option?
The step becomes a guided checklist with the exact screens to visit, and GetSetKeys checks the result wherever the platform allows it, such as live DNS records.
Will my clients see your brand or mine?
Yours. The link shows your agency's name, logo and colour, and lives on your own address, like setup.youragency.com, on the founding plan. You add one CNAME record where your domain is managed, and the certificate follows on its own. A small "Powered by GetSetKeys" line stays at the bottom.
What is Porter, and can it get things wrong?
Porter is the AI setup helper on every client link. It answers only from the steps on that link and the live checks, and each answer has to quote the page it relies on. When it can't, it says so and passes the question to you. It never asks for a password and can't mark a step done. You see every exchange, and you can turn it off.
What happens when I claim a place, and can I cancel?
A secure checkout from Dodo Payments, our payment provider, saves your card. Nothing is charged until 30 December, a month after launch. You can sign in and set up your agency straight away, and the console shows you around your first client link. Cancel before 30 December and you pay nothing. After that, cancel any time and the plan stops at the end of the month you paid for. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.
Ready. Set. Keys.
Ten founding places: free until 30 December, then $49 a month, locked for a year. Opens 30 November 2026.
