What counts as a client?
One client project: one setup link from kickoff to handover. Editing it never costs extra.
Is the first client really free?
Yes, and no card is needed. You choose a plan when you add your second client.
What if the project doesn't go ahead?
On Pay per client, you're only charged when your client opens the link.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in your account. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Yearly plans get a full refund in the first 30 days; after that, they stop at the end of the year.
Do you offer a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Yearly plans cost 20% less than monthly, and your price stays locked while you stay yearly.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
They stay readable and exportable for 12 months.
